Minimum Qualifications:
*BA/BS degree preferred
*Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook
* Proficient in developing professional relationships
* Excellent communication and coordination skills including verbal, written, and listening.
* Ability to solve problems
* Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks that require detail-orientation.
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
* Efficient time management skills
* Strong PC and internet skills to include MS Word, Excel, PeopleSoft, and other internet based web tools
* Attention to detail
Candidate must be highly organized, professional and work well under tight deadlines
Strong preference for candidates that have supported Financial Services Clients

This person will work as an Operation Coordinator / Admin as a part our MSP at a large global client. This individual will work closely with Client personnel and closely with Managers
* Facilitate on boarding/off boarding activities (i.e. confirming background screens, contract is in place, etc.)
* Ensure all related contractor on boarding/off boarding compliance documentation is executed and maintained in accordance with client standards.
*Act as a cooperative and contributing team member of the Starpoint Program to ensure that a high level of service is always offered to client
*Interact with hiring managers to onboard consultants/resolve issues.
* System maintenance.
* Ensure documentation and administration is completed in a timely fashion.
* Scheduling interviews
Perform market research and additional tasks as required
