BEFORE OPENING – TIME AND MONEY KEEP TRACK OF TIME AND BUDGET KEEP SLICING PROJECT US SO THAT

SOME PARTS CAN BE DELAYED START TIMELINE FOR DAY 2 SO THAT

PEOPLE SEE YOU HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN THE PROJECT YOU ARE DELAYING

ELIMINATE SOMETHINGS FOR THE FORSEEABLE FUTURE AND SAY SO.

BEFORE OPENING -- STAFF MOVE PEOPLE DOWNTOWN WHO ARE SPENDING

TOO MUCH TIME COMMUTING BETWEEN SITES RELIEVE THE PRESSURE ON FOLKS WHO ARE

TRYING TO OPERATE IN TWO SITES BY HAVING BACK UPS AT THE OLD SITE. IT ALLOWS SOME JUNIOR STAFF TO GROW.

BRING IN A SENIOR CHEERLEADER AT THE OLD SITE SO THE STAFF DO NOT FEEL ABANDONED

HAVE FLOOR STAFF ASSIGNED TO FOLKS AS ALL AROUND HELPERS AS SOON AS THE SITE IS CLOSED SO THAT EXTRA HANDS ARE AVAILABLE.

BEFORE OPENING – SPIRIT BE AS GOOFY AS POSSIBLE PIZZA PIZZA PIZZA REWARD EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME AND

EVERYWHERE REMEMBER PEOPLE ARE GIVING THEIR ALL

AND THEIR FAMILIES ARE TOO. ALLOW ANYONE WHOSE PROJECT HAS A

NATURAL ENDING TO TAKE SOME TIME OFF TO DO THE LAUNDRY AND SEE THEIR FAMILY.

EXPAND, ADAPT, ETC AND DON’T THINK IT WILL GO AWAY UNTIL AFTER OPENING.

BEFORE OPENING -- SYSTEMS ADD AS MUCH INFRASTRUCTURE AS POSSIBLE

NOW SO THAT SO PRACTICE CAN HAPPEN BEFORE OPENING

MAKE SURE THERE ARE MULTIPLE WAYS FOR DELIVERING INFORMATION FAST AND ACCURATELY SO THAT THE UNDERGROUND DOES NOT FORM AND SO THE LEADERSHIP CAN CONTINUE TO BE TRUSTED. USE AS MANY AVENUES FOR THE SAME INFORMATION AS NEEDED.L

CREATE AN INSTITUTION WIDE REPAIR NOTIFICATION SYSTEM NOW AND BEGIN TO USE IT.
