OverviewWe want all our Walgreens team members to successfully access and use the Benefits Support Center website to enroll online for 2021 benefits.

This quick start guide shows how you can access the Benefits Support Center online whether you’re at work, at home or on the go! If you do not enroll before November 18, you risk not having medical and prescription coverage in 2021 – Act now!

Keep in mind: Each team member may have specific benefits available to them based on their location and role. The information shared in this guide is to provide an overview of how to access important information online available to them during Open Enrollment.

Side note: Information provided on this site may not be specific to the following team member audiences: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI, San Francisco Union Local 648 (hired before Jan. 1, 2015), Alameda Union. The enrollment materials for those locations will align to their specific benefit plans.

Open up your internet browser. Type in: www.BenefitsSupportCenter.comSelect Current Team Members on the Hello benefits page.

Log into the Benefits Support Center with your chosen User Id and Password. If you never logged in here before, you’ll need to create a profile. If you forgot your log in information, use the prompt for help to remember!

New to QR Codes? A prompt will appear if it’s your first time to use this feature. If it does, simply choose Allow. If you don’t have Google Assistant on your Android, you can download the Google Lens app from the Google Play Store.

1. Point your camera at the QR code and make sure that all four corners of the QR code are in view. Tap the magnifying glass icon to scan the QR code. You can find this at the bottom of your screen.

2. Tap the pop-up notification to be directed to the webpage embedded in the QR code.

3. Enter your Walgreens OneID and password.4. Arrive at the Benefits Support Center page.

Now that you’re here, it’s time for you to navigate all the benefits Walgreens has to offer you in 2021. You can select from the Open Enrollment tile, eGuide tile, and Virtual Benefits Fair tile to find everything you need to prepare and to enroll in benefits for 2021!

Choosing and using internet browsers

Team Members with a Walgreens provided laptop and Windows 10

Team members may need to download Microsoft Edge from the Software Center before taking these steps:

1. Select the Start/Windows logo button, and then type Default apps. You will be brought to a new screen.

2. In the search results screen, select Default apps.

3. Under Web browser, select the browser currently listed, and another window will pop up.

4. Select your browser of choice:• Microsoft Edge (preferred)• Google Chrome

For issues with your computer, software, network connection, mobile device, or other technical issues, open a Walgreens Digital Workplace (DWP) ticket under “WBA Worldwide” (view a job aid for more instructions).
