A Better Way to Pay
2018“Tomorrow – The Insight of
Toll Highway Industry”
What is O2O?Online-to-Offline Business Model
2
• Have we ever searched for online information before we
physically go to a store? Nowadays, the answer to this
question is probably yes.
• Multiple analyses and studies have proven that this is a habit
for more than 75% of consumers1

• Originated in the Retail Business Segment, the
O2O model fundamentally is about merging
online and offline customer behavior.
Looking for itineraries
Finding out the operating hours
Looking for reviews and ratings from peers
Availability of products at the local stores
Promotions at the local stores or restaurant
Touch ‘n Go O2O Business ModelOnline-to-Offline Business Model for Transportation
3
• Touch ‘n Go O2O Business Model for Transportation is about merging the “online” reload experience while maintaining
the existing “offline” usage experience at the Toll Lanes, Transit Gates and Parking Sites.
• The online component should be centralized whereas the offline components should be distributed.
