• Company Post their Jobs on Job Portal• Individuals register on Job Portal• Companies needs to conduct Exam at their location, requires

infrastructure, involves cost and time• Individuals needs to go at respective location to appear for test• Time consuming and manual process

• Building a common platform for posting Jobs and conducting Online exams

• Companies will post the jobs and create the Online test/exam for the respective job

• Individual will register and apply for the job he is interested in, appear for online exam

• On clearing the exam, individual will be asked to upload the resume• Once applied for a job, individual will not be allowed to apply for

same job again• Individual will be verified by sending a random code through SMS at

time of registration• Companies registration will be Offline process and will be out of

scope of this project
