This was at 5:15 a.m. Recently went over to KDEV and the Chief Engineer >vha i s a young fe l lon i s very eager, to please the fellows, No DX from e i the r WDEV o r WISR t h i s year hcwever, as last yea r ' s Q!DEV DX was put on without the knowledge of the owner. (He a l so owns VWSR.) When he found out; about i t he blew h i s top. I t would have been OK i f he had been not i f ied ahead of t h e but the C'8s of the two s ta t ions got together and put i t on, merely forget t ing to t e l l h i m about it. IJlight be able to get a transrri t ter t e s t of some sor t out of WPSR though, i f I do i t wouldn't be n>ore than a tone signal with s ta t ion announcements, however.
