CERRO DEL ORO PROJECT

Melchor Ocampo Gold District

For many years, gold, silver and base metal mineralization has been recognized in skarns, veins, chimneys, mantos, disseminations and irregular bodies within the Melchor Ocampo district. There are over 50 historical mines within the 40 square kilometer district.

• Two concessions totaling 78.9 hectares in northern Zacatecas state

• Concessions cover the core of the historical Melchor Ocampo gold mining district

• 22km north of Goldcorp Inc.’s (NYSE: GG) world-class, Peñasquito mine

› Gold-silver-lead-zinc mine (P&P Reserves greater than 18 Moz. Au and 1 Boz. Ag) 1

• Project hosts numerous historical pits, trenches, underground workings

• Underlain by a mixed intrusive/skarn domain significantly mineralized with gold-silver, +/-base metals.

• Mineralization commonly displays structural controls and occurs in both intrusive and skarn lithologies

El Capiro Pit Chip Sample Highlights

Page 14: Oau presentation q2 2013

TSX.V – OAU 14

SANTA CATARINA PROJECT

• Significant gold mineralization has been identified over a 650m strike extent

• Grid sampling completed

• 90 soil samples collected on 50 m centers over a 850 m by 200 m NE-SW oriented grid.

• Results ranged from below detection to 5.4 g/t gold and averaged 0.049 g/t gold.

• 22 samples fell in the +75th percentile category (>0.069 g/t gold) and they define a strong anomaly that extends northeast of the El Capiro pit for at least 250 m.

• Ground geophysics planned prior Phase I drill program

Page 15: Oau presentation q2 2013

SAN LUCAS PROJECT

• Drill hole assay intercepts along the trend

of gold mineralization generally suggest

increasing grades & thicker intercepts to

the north / northeast

• Directly on trend with the 2.65 Moz. San

Agustin gold project (Silver Standard)1

› 7km on structural trend to the NNE

› Similar rhyolite-hosted mineralization

• Additional similarities with the El Castillo

Gold Mine (Argonaut Gold)2 located

17km to the NNE (1.7 Moz. Gold M&I)

• Gold trend structural zone can be

traced over 3km before

disappearing under cover to the

northeast

• 2,000 m drill program completed

early 2011

› Hole SL-01: 0.79 g/t Au, 12 g/t Ag

over 40 feet
