Hours of Operation:
Stores open at different times of the day; but serve commercial accounts from opening until 7:00pm Monday-Thursday and 5:00pm Friday and Saturday.(Hours may vary on the day before certain holidays such as: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve)
Placing an order:

On our Home Page you will find the link: eLicensee. The link leads you to a page to enter your permit number (the number ending with the letters “MB”). Click the password box and enter the word password (you should change your password once logged in under “Account”). Click the login button. You are now on an order page. Begin with the 5 digit code product number that you want to order, hit “enter”, and then to the right you will type the quantity of the bottles and hit enter. At the bottom of the page you will find a block to place or update your contact phone number—this could be your cell or place of business or any phone number where we can reach you if there is a problem with the order you are currently placing. The block to the right, “comments” lets you tell us things like: the time you would like to request to pick your order up, the date you want to

pick up, etc... From there, click on the check out now button. This will bring you to a screen where you can review your order. This important feature allows you to change or add products and verify the total for your order. You can also print this page for your records. Once you have checked your order, hit “submit order”. You will receive an order confirmation that indicates the date and time your order will be ready to pick up. If you have any questions, there is a help tab that walks you through all of the steps or please do not hesitate to contact your local ABC location during operating hours.
Placing an order by phone:
Please provide the following information in order to ensure that we offer you the best service.
1. Your permit number (found on your certificate from the North Carolina ABCCommission and ending with the letters “MB”)
2. The five (5) digit code number of the product (listed in the North CarolinaLiquor Quarterly book)
3. The quantity of each product
For same day service, place your order by 4:30 pm (Monday-Thursday to be picked up by 7:00pm) and by 3:00 pm (Friday-Saturday to be picked up by 5:00pm)
Receiving a total for your order:
1. If you place an order by phone, our sales associate will give you the order total.2. If you place an order by fax, the store will call you with your price and time of pick-up3. If you leave an order on the voice mail service, please include your business name and
a telephone number. A sales associate will call you back with the order total.4. If you use our online order system total will appear after submitting order.
* Orders placed before the end of the month and not picked up until beginning offollowing month will likely be subject to a price change. For assistance please contact our

North Carolina Liquor Quarterly:
A product guide (book) is available in this package and the first week of each quarter at all our locations. Each publication will have new items offered as well as some changes in pricing. The quarters begin in February, May, August and November.
New Products:
We will be glad to get any item listed in the quarterly publication guide for you to purchase for your establishment. Please advise the Store Manager where you pick up your orders if there is a product you want to order. Depending on availability, it could take up to two (2) weeks for that new product to reach the store.
Special Orders:
We can special order items but these must be pre-paid at the time you place the order, (please note that prices are subject to change) and must be purchased by the whole case. Special orders may take between 8-12 weeks (or longer) to arrive.
Invoices:
There are three (3) copies of the invoices for your order. One (1) to be retained by the ABC store and two (2) copies to be retained by you. This document also acts as a transportation permit and must be kept with the order during transport from our store to your business.Who ever picks up an order must be 21 years of age and also proof of a valid United States driver’s license.
As shown on pages 9-10, we have numbered the fields in the order that our sales associates will check your order when you come to pick it up:

Expired Standby Letters Of Credit: If you pay by check, please make sure your information on file has not expired. This would be an updated STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT that includes the bank’s current name, the dollar amount it guarantees, and an expiration date, if applicable.
