O Final version by day 1-2 of field work O Latest within 5 days of starting (not ideal!)
O Sign contract AFTER scope of work is final O Send (email, fax) signed contract to Leader O MOU/Affiliation agreement/contract
O Changes in SOW O Need approval
Logs O Logs are due for every week of field work
O If you are only working 20 hours/week you still submit logs each week
O Logs are due within 5 business days of log period O But why not submit them earlier!
O Weekly question (no question for 1st or 10th log) O Label electronic file as requested
