Poor Coverage Patch found near Raja Bazar due to the nearest site Rajabajar which is declared NOP.

- Already escalated to Frontline Team.

Due top Spare issue Beck Bagan is not radiating. This place is being served by far away site Lords Building.

- To improve the coverage we need to resolve the spare issue

› Call Setup time for CDMA Offnet & Onnet call tested through UXCP signalling trace was found to be approximately 2 Sec which is as per the TEC norms

› But this may vary as per various call scenarios like in Roaming, NLD or being in a poor coverage area

Further Actionables› Besides high nos of sites having HST and HW alarms being one of the

contributors for poor call set up, following activities will be additionally taken up in next 2 weeks for CSSR improvement

– Diagnosis for 35-70 odd Sites having frequent packet pipe alarms on daily basis

Orissa 3G network is very high on Data– Data has increased from 10TB to >12TB since last 3 months

Orissa 2 RNCs having very high CPU Utilization, after module optimization its reduced up to 70%.

– Some RCB pairs splitted till now Still having CPU Utilization 70%.– Best Case Module optimization have been done.

Best case Sites rehoming have also been done from RNC 28 to RNC- 29 to Improve NWA before it was affected due to Multiple Fiber cut. RNC-28 is 2 way protected after rehoming it has mutilprotection path.

All 3 RNCs are having CS & PS Access failure high due to maximum sites having CE utilization High.

Increasing trend of high Uplink CE Utilization > 70%– 160 Sites have high CE utilization requiring BPC cards to reduce Uplink CE

Utilization.

Plan:-Rehomed both town to RNC-29, NWA, Traffic & KPI Improved.

Issue:-NWA Poor was for RNC-28 (Sambalpur and Burla town) due to Multiple Fibercut. RNC-28 is 2 way protected. Usually fiber cut happens between Ranchi- Thorpa, Sambalpur- Sohela, Sambalpur –Sundargarh, Sundargarh- Rourkela.

Patch1: Poor RSCP observed near Salkiya New Site as the site was decread as NOP.

Patch2: Poor RSCP observed near Sivpur Site as the site was decread as NOP. And we try to resolve the patch by optimize Shibpur_North site & Howrah Maidan but Shibpur_North site having only 18 mtr antenna height and high rise building block the 2nd sector signal. Howrah Maidan site having access issue.


› Post complaint from CBH we organized a walk test at RHK and did not find such issues

– Downlink Power Congestion observed at RHK Beta sector due to neighbour site HoChi Minh Sarani Site down

› Under observation and will be taken up during DT activities in other areas with Sales / Business team
