 The  creaVves  behind  these  internaVonal  concepts  present  a  unique  program  for  the  Global  Village  within  Florence’s  PiZ  Uomo  as  well  as  Copenhagen’s  CIFF  fashion  fair.    With  roots  in  London,  Florence,  Brooklyn,  Paris,  Tokyo  and  Amsterdam  those  parVcipaVng  in  NUTONE4/2TONE  create  a  simple,  powerful  and  emoVonally  direct  dialog  across  geographic  and  cultural  boundaries  by  means  of  the  simple  and  ancient  act  of  saturaVng  cloth  into  color.    The  project  celebrates  the  rudimentary  but  elegant  act  of  the  basic  dip-­‐dye  exploring  its  unique  alchemy  and  matchless  potenVal  to  completely  transform  the  emoVonal  tone  and  spiritual  pitch  of  sartorial  items.    This  is  an  effortless  way  for  these  creaVves  to  engage  in  a  nearly  primordial  form  of  universal  human  conversaVon  and  add  further  dimension  to  the    ethos  and  values  implied  by  the  original  two-­‐tone  cultural  movement.
