Our Story

AIESEC In Ghana was founded in 1961 and is one of the first - if not the first - AIESEC entitities in Africa.

We have performed tremendously over the years, attaining Global recognision including the Global Excellence Award at IC Egypt.

We have 5 LCs and 4 official expansions.

The National Body consists of the MC team, NS Team, BOA. We have 4 national partners and a host of exchange and project partners supporting AIESEC in Ghana at various levels and in various ways.

JDThe NST for innovations in GIP will be responsible for running and implementing the Global Entrepreneurial Program in the LCs and on the MC.

The NST will learn how to implement strategy, develop tools that strive to achieve levels of performance withestablished goals through strategically designed KPIs

National Delivery Manager JDThe National Delivery Manager is to ensure and maintain Standards and Satisfaction (S &S) in all LCs and tracking experience delivery

The NST will learn how to Team management, Negotiation and case-solving skills (Fire-fighting), and untimately Customer experience management

National Learning and LEAD ManagerJDThe Lead and learning manager will ensure member and intern education and development.

The NST will gain experience in creating and implementing education cycles/leadership development programmes that support organizational goals, Brand management(LEAD) and human resource management, Information and knowledge management as well as Coaching ,training and facilitation skills

The NST will gain skills in pipeline management , Negotiation and Firefighting, Strategy management , Partnership management and ultimately, Customer Experience Management

JDYou will be responsible for managing all lead Signups and open application and ensuring their conversion.

The NST will develop marketing skills, exchange management, team management and talent management skills.
