As Salaamu Alaykum! I just wanted to thank you for allowing me to benefit from your world class experience in strategic consultation. Your accomplishments are well known, but what excites me even more is learning how you have been able to balance your faith and cement its principles within business and civic life. My personal development is the product of Allah’s Mercy and being guided to the assistance of outstanding men of character. The plan enclosed is an outline divided into three parts:

1. Personal

2. Humanitarian

3. Business

I look forward to discovering how this plan can be transformed into reality. I pray Allah (stw) accepts and purifies my

intentions in my small effort to uplift humanity.

MY 10 YEAR PLAN “ Striving humanity with Excellence”

PERSONAL GOALS:

• Die striving to please Allah by serving Humanity with excellence.

• Constantly improve as a husband and father.

• Effectively educate and provide for my family.

• Seek Islamic knowledge in Arabic, Quran, business development

• Live in Jeddah for another 7 – 10 years.

• Work for myself in Jeddah by 2016.

• Effectively coach 10 – 20 upcoming Muslim leaders in the US

• Develop a global Humanitarian platform that is supported 50% by ILM and self own business profits.

• Retire in Ghana

HUMANITARIAN

MY 10 YEAR PLAN: “ Unite Humanity through Service”

HUMANITARIAN GOALS:

• Develop Systems for Human Empowerment (official legal name of ILM Foundation) into a mult-million dollars humanitarian organization. See website www.ilmercy.com

• Spread Humanitarian Day projects into 30 counties in California, 25 major cities in the USA and expand development in Africa. Learn more about Hday at www.humanitarianday.com

• Establish Social Empowerment Economic Development Centers in

Ghana (SEEED Centers). All center will occupy land that I

personally purchased or owned by the foundation.

BUSINESS GOALS:

• Land acquisition and Real Estate Development; Ghana, Africa.

• Research new cost effective structure development technology for building (schools, offices, storage facilities', housing etc.)

• Other business relationships currently established:

– Generator Business

– Used Cloth Business

– Used car sales in Ghana and Benin

– Private school development

– Agriculture (ILM currently acquired a half of acre of farm land)
