SolutionSupport Package 13 is relevant for you if you have installed one of thefollowing releases:The current release of SLL-NFE 10.0.

To use Support Package 13 for SAP NFE 10.0, proceed as follows:

1. 3. SPAM updatesBefore you import the Support Package for SLL-NFE, use transactionSPAM to check whether a new SPAM update is available. If a new SPAM

update exists, you must import this. SPAM updates are also availableat http://service.sap.com/patches.Navigate to:SAP Support Packages and Patches -> Entry by Application Group -> Additional Components -> SAP SPAM/SAINT UPDATE -> SPAM/SAINT UPDATE 702

4. SAP Basis, XI and ERP prerequisitesNote that Enhancement Package 2 NetWeaver 7.0 Support Package Stack 06or higher must be imported.If you want to use the new scenario for the automation of inboundNotas Fiscais Eletronicas, you must import a suitable Support Packageon the linked ERP systems. Read Note 1536142 for more information.

5. Additional Processes DevelopedWith Support Package 13 new Processes and enhancements have beenintroduced:

o DF-e Gate MonitorA workplace for a user at the company gate to scan the barcodes ofa shipment.

o Receiver Acknowldegment Workplaces- NF-e List and DownloadDisplays a list of NF-es issued for one of your CNPJs.

- Receiver Acknowledgement EventsFor sending a final event describing the operation status to theNational Environment to conclude the NF-e processing.

o New Events- Operation Acknowledgement- Operation not accomplished Operation denial

o Rejection and notification for CT-e

o Enhanced PO-Assignments (multiple items to same PO item)

o BADI for calculating the amount for RTP during Invoice simulationand creation

o Java-Only-PINew PI content shipped to support Java-Only-PI installation (AEX)

o Nota Técnica 2012/005 (see note 1796930)

6. Due to the enhancements listed above, the following changes apply:

o The ERP interfaces for Inbound NF-e simulation and posting havechanged. Therefore the notes 1754198 and 1752688 have to beimplemented on ERP before upgrading GRC NFE to SP13

o A new IMG activity for activating B2B communication to naturalpersons (CPF) has been added

o The CT-e Outbound process has been changed: the step for sendingthe CT-e to a business partner will remain in status 'wait' untilthe PI acknowledgement was processed

o The Event Outbound process has been changed: the step for sendingthe Event to a business partner will remain in status 'wait' untilthe PI acknowledgement was processed

o A new IMG activity for defining CT-e rejection reasons has beenadded. The IMG activities for maintaining the mail senderparameters and for maintaining communication parameters have beenextended for CT-e

7. The following changes apply if you are using the ReceiverAcknowldegment Workplaces:

o report /XNFE/INNFE_FILL_SITOPPRG has to run in background oncebefore using new Workplaces

o For each own Tax number the the related region (CUF) has to bemaintained in the IMG activity

o new PI scenario NFELI_WebAS_Outbound_NFeList for retrieving thelist of NF-es has to be configured

o new PI scenario NFEDL_WebAS_Outbound_NFeDownloadRequest fordownloading NF-es has to be configured

o the menu role /XNFE/WP_NFE_IN_FISCAL has been extended with two newMonitors

o the menu role /XNFE/WP_NFE_OUT_MONITOR has been extended with thenew list request status monitor

o new roles for authorization: /XNFE/NFE_IN_RCVRACK,/XNFE/NFE_IN_RCVRACK_DISPLAY, /XNFE/NFE_IN_DENY

8. The following changes apply if you are using the DF-e Gate Monitor:

o Subsequent to the installation of GRC NFE Support Package 13 thenote 1825048 must be installed.

o new PI scenario NFESC_WebAS_Outbound_NFeStatusCheck_SYNC forsynchronous NFe Status Check has to be configured

o new PI scenario CTESC_WebAS_Outbound_CTeStatusCheck_SYNC forsynchronous CTe Status Check has to be configured

o new menu role: /XNFE/WP_NFE_IN_GATEKEEPER

o new role for authorization: /XNFE/NFE_IN_GATEKEEPER
