The product has to be:

• Safe• Taste good• Healthy• Look tempting• Sustainable produced

The main competition is not between Norwegian, Scottish or Chilean salmon, but rather between salmon and hundreds of other different products.



• The links between research and education, politics, fish farmers and the consumer are crucial
