Paragon 5.70 Deployment Downtime Window Tuesday, April 23rd, 2019 10:00PM-6:00AM Central Time Updates to Paragon, including new features and functionality, will be applied to the MLS System via a downtime deployment on Tues, April 23rd, 2019, beginning at 10:00pm and concluding no later than 6:00am Central Time on Wed, April 24th, 2019. During this time the Paragon MLS system will be unavailable for access. Also note, this means all Data Share, Parallel, and Membership Import tasks/processes will be disabled and re-enabled at the conclusion of the downtime event, resulting in delayed data import/export availability. Agent and other websites that directly rely on Paragon Data,

such as photos, may be affected.

Lone Wolf Technologies, a leader in residential real estate software, announced today that it

has acquired zipLogixTM, a leading provider of transaction management, electronic forms, and

eSignature solutions for the real estate industry.

Previously, the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.) was the majority

owner of zipLogixTM, owning roughly two thirds of the company. C.A.R. decided to sell

zipLogixTM; and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), as a minority owner, concurred

with that decision.

NAR believes that the combination of these two firms, Lone Wolf and zipLogixTM, will accelerate

the development of next-generation transaction management products. The acquisition will also

improve the technological capabilities and resources of REALTORS®, helping brokers and

agents be more efficient and productive and deliver superior customer service.

NAR’s agreement with zipLogixTM to provide its software products free to NAR members will

remain in force until its expiration at the end of 2020. We believe the financial return on our

zipLogixTM investment, as well as the software it has provided our members to make them more

effective and efficient, has demonstrated the value of strategic investments in technology.

When the agreement expires, we will have the option to renegotiate it or seek other software

options that are beneficial to our members. In addition, existing service agreements between

zipLogixTMand local and state associations will stay in place for at least their current terms.

MAY 7th – Primary Election Day

Voters in Steuben and LaGrange Counties will not be going to the polls this year as there are no contested races in those counties. Only the Republican Party in DeKalb County will be holding a primary election in Auburn and Butler for the contested race of mayor. There are no contested Democratic races in DeKalb County. Noble County residents who reside in Kendallville or Ligonier will be the only ones who need to vote in this year’s primary. In Kendallville, voters will pick an at-large candidate for the Kendallville City Council from among four people on the ballot. In Ligonier, voters have two races to decide: the mayor’s race and at-large city council race.
