What is a replenishment grant?
A replenishment grant is a scholarship awarded to a BYU student from the Alumni Association or an Alumni Association Chapter.
The grant is given with the understanding that the amount of the grant will be paid back when the recipient is able to do so.
Chapter Replenishment GrantsThe Cleveland Chapter raises funds for the
local replenishment grantThe grant applications are promoted by the
chapterThe grant applications are accepted by the
BYU scholarship office and then forwarded to the Chapter
The chapter selects local recipients based on GPA, financial need, and commitment by student to repay so that a future grant can benefit another student

10 invitees to Debbie OdaAugust 5. Begin phone campaign to invite
potential donors to dinnerAugust 19. Hand deliver invitations to dinner
inviteesSeptember 23. Phone calls to dinner invitees to
confirm attendanceOctober 8. Dinner at the Snyder home.October 15. Send thank you notes to Snyders and
invitees; follow up on promised/pledged donations.
