North Barrackpore Municipality is going to engage two No. of experts for AMRUT namely I) Team Leader(Urban Planner), and 2) Urban Infrastructure Specialist on consolidated remuneration of Rs. 50,000/- purely oncontract basis with each engagement for a period of maximum one year at a time (with the provision ofsubsequent renewal after every one year based on satisfactory performance appraisal) under Atal Mission for

a) No. of Posts-Oneb) Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree 111

Planning/Social Science / Architecture / Civil Engineering havingspecialization/paper 111 urban development or planning orenvironment related subjects. Urban Planners including thoserecognized by AICTE and ITPI will get priority.

c) Experience: Urban Planner / Management Expert, with strongbackground in project management with 3-5 years experience.

• Experience in working with Urban Development projects /programmes.

• Experience in Urban Reforms and Capacity Buildingprogrammes for ULBs.

a) No. of Posts-Oneb) Educational Qualification: Graduate engineer from recognizeduniversity. Have a broad range of experIence 111 urbaninfrastructure and a strong background 111 public healthengineering, especially water supply and sanitation.

c) Experience: Have at least 3-5 yrs. experience in designing andmanaging municipal infrastructure projects,

d) Other Qualifications: Be very familiar with the laws andprocedures of the Indian municipal environment.

I. The Upper age limit of the specialists / experts to be engaged in CMMU will be 40 years as on 01.04.20 IS.2. Contractual monthly remuneration for each post will be Rs. 50,000/- only.3.
