NN/LM Accomplishments Service Continuity: Identified, described and provided training for developing plans for network members to be able to continue their essential services, i.e. access to knowledge-based and disaster-related health information to support health care, during an emergency or disaster, whether local or regional in nature.

1-800-DEV-ROKS: Developed a communication structure and a common toll-free telephone number for use by network members, Regional Medical Libraries, and NLM in order to facilitate communication before, during and after an emergency or disaster.

NN/LM Emergency Preparedness & Response Toolkit: Developed and implemented an online toolkit to facilitate the sharing of knowledge, experience, and training and planning materials in order to enhance the development of regional and local emergency preparedness plans and expertise throughout the NN/LM.

Regional RML Training: Provided training to Regional Medical

Library staff and their guests in each region of NN/LM, facilitated goal-setting within the regions for implementing the national plan, and established the Principal Investigator as the ongoing Coordinator for the NN/LM Emergency Preparedness & Response Plan.
