G’Day,
What a big month, C & D Grade Championships – 10th
Anniversary, what a
great race.
July interclub racing was a great success, it saw a few snuck down for a
preview of the track for the C & D Champs, plenty of exciting racing plus a
great atmosphere- what else could you ask for?
The C & D Grades practise day didn’t offer much hope weather wise but
what a great couple of days followed. The results in full are include in this
newsletter.
Apologies to the winners from last [June] clubday, seems I missed adding
them in last month- these too are included in this edition.
The C Grades were entertaining, I have been sent photos from Alfi- I’m a bit
worried though - we are at a race day and all the photos have clowns in
them, no racing shots Alfi?? - Thanks Alfi.
Steve Dansie sent me photos of last club day, thanks Steve. All these help
make the editiors job easier to do.
So make a cuppa and sit back there is a lot of reading to be done.
PS. Be careful what you use to mount your tyres, bees wax is the safest –
see Marge and Kev. Lots of talk about using things such as WD40 or
detergents- all have traces of chemicals which can be detected through
testing- Play it safe use something like bees wax.

The C & D Grade ChampionshipThe C & D Grade ChampionshipThe C & D Grade ChampionshipThe C & D Grade Championship---- The The The The Entertainment.Entertainment.Entertainment.Entertainment. I’m a bit worried, Alfi goes to a kart race and sends me photos of clowns- what’s that
mean Alfi?
Anyhow we had a visit from Koko the clown and boy he was everywhere, including
helping Frank and Alfi repair that kart, couldn’t have hurt any?
Every time I saw this bloke he had a crowd following him, he really kept the kids
enthralled. Thanks for the photos Alfi.
Alfi and Frank gets some advice. Koko staying still for a moment.
Spot the clown – sorry boys couldn’t resist. Even the canteen wasn’t a safe spot.
I don’t want to know what or why. Nope, not even safe on the In Grid.
