Dear Residents, As we celebrate Women’s month this August, I would like to commend the beautiful and amazing women in our community. We have achieved more than what we have planned for. Be proud of the woman you are today, it took a lot to get here. “A strong woman is one who feels deeply and loves fiercely. Her tears flow as abundantly as her laughter. A strong woman is both soft and powerful, she is both practical and spiritual. A strong woman in her essence is a gift to the world.” How quickly this month has gone by. A lot of progress has been made within our Development. See the progress photos in our newsletter this month. We have made a few changes to our service providers list, to help assist with any home improvements you may need. Just a reminder that MHG does not have a maintenance department and we urge homeowners to use the service providers list provided. DIY Depot at Kidds Beach Retail Centre will assist you with the material needed to attend to your household maintenance. We ask residents to please be careful of items being put in drains. We have experienced a few blockages in the main sewer and if these blockages continue, this may affect the levies due to the frequency in which the blockages have happen. We ask residents to refrain from putting fats in the drains, flush sanitary napkins and pantyliners or any other foreign objects in the toilets. We are also experiencing a higher than normal water usage in the different estates, please remember that we are still in a water sensitive area. Thank you for your cooperation.
