If* Frl/r SIiiajIdr t'litaaee...Tlnele for the Prople !. It has long been a cherished idea with the sub¬ scriber that the enioyroent and blessing ol Music should be realiied more extensively by the People. Iliiherio tiie ex- ouislte pleasures arising from a knowledge and practice of Ihla dlvlre art have been confined to the fe^r, while the many bave been obliged to take their music at second, or go without it entirely. But since ao many thousand hearts nave been thrilled with a strange delight by the singing of the "Queen of Song,'' the desire to know'moreof Music ha* been awakened In multitude* of bosoms. Hundreds are now aeeking musical instruction who would probably never bave dreamed of studying Music but for the influence of ibe Sweedish Nightingale. And hundreds of others are desirous of learning who have not yet taken the first step To aid in meeting and gratifying such desire* the subscri¬ ber proposes to open w hat he wui denominate Prl/e Sing¬ ing Classes, in New-York and Brooklyn. Each pupil will be charged the regnlur price for a course of 15 lessons, and will receive, on complying with the terras of the Class, three prices, or three new musical pub ication*. all valua¬ ble- to be made known at the opening of the Class Th**e prizes are worth nearly or quite a* much as the price oi tui¬ tion, and will be found to be of practical utility to each papll.
