New Rules of Core Mental Toughness - Golfing Peak State of
Emotion
There’s Three things of
getting your peak state,
1. One is how your body
moves. So, the getting into
a posture of a winner,
somebody that looks
confident and looks like you
got a good chance of
succeeding.
2. The second thing is what you
focus on. What you focus on
would be, being grateful, being
thankful and all the positive
things. Those are things that
lead to good focus.
3. And then the third thing is your belief
system and your internal dialogue, the
things that you’re saying constantly on the
inside and the things that you believe to be
true about life.
You should think about the most is Focus.
Start to pay attention. Throw the negative
emotions because you control your state of
emotion and it does have a big effect on
how you play the game of golf.
We’re going to have more
about it when Rick and I do
a DVD in the future called,
“The New Rules of Core
Mental Toughness”. Be on
the outlook for that and we’ll
have another segment
coming up talking about
belief systems.
