l Technical trade testing and keeping them ready for your approval.

l Your delegate coming to India for an interview will be received at

the airport and accompanied to the hotel.

l Final interviews are scheduled as desired by you and also

providing all facilities.

l Providing medical report of all the selected candidates,

consisting of tests as per the respective country's medical

standards.

l Arranging Government formalities like emmigration clearance,

visa stamping, etc

l Orientation to the candidates adequately on the local law &

personal conduct to the respective countries of employment.

l Placing the approved candidates within your desired time limit

under prior intimation to you.

l Providing all possible help to the candidates in embarkation and

airport formalities.

EMPLOYER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide block VISA / N.O.C. and forwarding to your Embassy in India so as to enable us to

obtain the same for your required personnel.

2. As per Government rules and regulations now in force, employers are required to get

registered on emigrate www.emigrate.gov.in and emigration clearance formalities of the

selected employees.

3 The employer has to provide NTBA (Name To Be Advice) PTAs (prepaid Ticket Advice) for

the selected candidates.

4 Agency Service charges are negotiable owing to the fact that we realize the flexibility

required in our business.

n receipt of confirmed job orders and exact job description of required Ocategories, we source the candidates though our active data bank, advertisements and head hunting.

We test the responding candidates for their skills matching the job description & trade test if required.

We also moblise short listed candidates under our full guarantee, if agreed by the client.

The candidates approved by the clients' are checked for medical fitness and the client is informed to process the visas.

Having very good contacts with major international travel service agencies, we confirm the tickets of the selected candidates and moblise them at the earliest to their destination, under prior intimation to the clients.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

nce a mutually agreed upon technical profile is Oestablished, Resource Management shortlists /

selects accurately assessed and qualified candidates. All

candidates recruited through Resource Management are

on a 3-month guarantee period. During this period, if

found unsuitable, Resource Management will repatriate

the candidate at its own expense. Further, a replacement

candidate will be provided to the client entirely at

Resource Management’s cost. (This clause is not

applicable if the candidate has been selected by a

company representative).
