Verified Professional Process Verified Professionals (VPro’s/DHP’s) have their own self service portals and may be represented by agencies that have delegates that process access requests on their behalf.

After a request and the necessary credentials are uploaded, HealthTrust Workforce Solutions processes the credentials to confirm validity. When this process is complete, the access requests will appear in the Facility Contact’s Self-Service Portal for the contact(s) to approve or reject access to specified areas of their facility.

Within the Delegate Portal, this entire process can be monitored for each VPro’s Profile within a Delegate’s Roster.

First Time User Set-Up To request access to HealthTrust Workforce Solution’s Verified Professional services, a Verified Professional user must first create an account. Please proceed with the below steps on logging in:

Go to the website link https://www.hwsverified.com/ and select Verified Professional.

2. Select Create Account.

Type in the email address you wish to log in with, and create a password that meets the requirements. Select I Agree to the terms and select Continue.

You will receive a confirmation code to your email. Type in the code and click Confirm. If needed, you can select Resend Confirmation Code.

5. You will be redirected to log in and set up your account.

Once you log in, you’ll be able to fill out your personal information. Select Continue once you’ve filled out the fields.

The next step is filling out your Access Request information. Note: To register, you’ll have to select one facility to begin. In your profile, you’ll later be able to modify by adding or removing facility requests.

Once the facility is selected, you’ll need to select your areas. Then, select your employer and classification. If you do not find your employer listed or your classification, please contact HWS to proceed. Fill out the remaining fields and select Continue.

9. You will be redirected to a Summary of your account. Select Confirm.

If you selected Self-Pay, your next step is to make payment. Select the PayPal link and follow the steps. Note: Your employer may have chosen to make payments on your behalf. If this is the case, this section will be a hard stop and you will not be able to move forward until they add payment to your account. Your delegate will be notified of this through their portal.

Once you make payment, you’ll receive a confirmation. Click Continue.

12. You’ll be redirected to your Home Page.

Logging in and out of the Portal Once you establish your account, you will be able to login regularly moving forward using the password created.

1.

Go to the website link https://www.hwsverified.com/ and select Verified Professional.

2.

Type in your email address and the password established and select Log In.

3.

To Log Out of the portal, click the Log Out button on the far top right corner of your Home page.

Understanding your Portal The portal will consist of 5 tabs:

• Home • Facilities • Profile • Access Requests • Payments

Below, we will explain the actions you can take on each individual tab and what they represent.

Home Tab This is your landing page. Every time you log in, the portal will open to this section. The Home Tab will provide a general overview of your account, where documentation updates and your general information can be viewed.

Section Descriptions Page will list the name of the user. Can log out using the button.

Resolution Pane – If any documents are needed, they will be listed here. • Please note, if you select resolve, you will be redirected to confirm your password again.

Account Info – General overview of your account information.

Actionable Items Select Resolve to be redirected to your Uploads location.

Select the Gear on the upper right hand side of the Account Information pane to edit your mobile number.

Facilities Tab In your Facilities Tab, you can track daily access activity and progress of your credentialing.

Section Descriptions View the status of all your Facility Requests.

View the history of the facilities you’ve accessed using your kiosk logins.

Modify your facility requests by adding or removing, as needed.

Understanding a Credential Request Status

Onboarding – Two possible scenarios:

A. VPro recently created their profile and has not yet uploaded all required documentation.

B. Documents have been rejected by credentialing specialist and are now pending VPro/Delegate’s action.

Credentialing – Documents needed have been uploaded and are pending review by Credentialing Specialist.

• You will be able to see how long the person has been under this status by viewing the Status Wheel.

Pending Approval (Default Sub-Section) – VPro has completed credentialing and is pending facility review and approval/denial.

Approved – VPro has been approved for access to this facility.

Denied – VPro has been denied for access to this facility.

Profile Tab In your Profile Tab, you can see an in-depth analysis of your classification, agency and delegate information.

If you need to change any of the above information, please contact HWS.

You can always change your delegate or whether you will have one acting on your behalf. Please make sure to communicate with your organization for this information.

Credentials Tab Using your Credential’s Tab, you will be able to manage your credential’s and view their individual status.

Understanding a VPro’s Credential Status Types of Credential Status’:

Document uploaded, pending review

Credential in good standing

No document has been uploaded

Credential expired

Will be expiring within the next 90 days

Document did not meet standard, needs to be re-uploaded

Uploading documents Into Your Credentials

1. Select Upload Credential’s.

2. Type in your account password and select Log In.

3. You will be redirected to the Onboarding screen. Click Review and Sign box.

The Electronic Signature Acknowledgement attestation will pull up. Follow instructions on the form and select I Agree once this populates.

5.

The list of your documents will populate. To begin, select the first document on the list by selecting the hyperlink. Every individual document will have different instructions. Read these and select Submit once you’re ready to proceed to the next credential

6. Repeat this process to provide each credential requested.

Tips for Uploading: • Some requirements may ask you to attest before being able to proceed. Select the

checkbox and select Accept or Submit.

• You will see a progress bar at the top of your screen that will progress as you get through your documents!

• Select the Options menu to return to the Original list of your credentials.

• Once all documents are provided, the page refreshes displaying a green check mark which indicates that the section of documents is complete.
