#1 Sustainable Sites

» During construction, the project is mindful of its

environmental impact on its surroundings (erosion,

sedimentation, control practices were implemented to

prevent sediments from leaving the construction site)

» TTC Public Transit Access

» Bike Storage Lockers and Bike Racks for

environmentally friendly modes of transportation

» Provisions for electric vehicles will support parking

and charging of electric vehicles, promoting the use of

alternative fuel sources

» The project also features strategies to reduce its impact

on the heat island effect by locating 100% of its parking

underground, and installing a green roof covering 60%
