A pattern of regulating and integrating into daily living a program(s) for treatment of illness and its sequelae that is sufficient for meeting health-related goals and can be strengthened.
After 8 hours of nursing interventions, the client will be able to enhance therapeutic management as evidenced by verbalizing the need to comply with the disease management
Objectives:
1. Determine motivation for continued growth
2. Assist client to develop plan to meet individual needs
a. Verify client’s level of understanding of therapeutic regimen. Note specific health goals
b. identify steps necessary to reach desired health goals

EFFECTIVENESS:The nursing interventions implemented are effective since the goal was met as evidenced by the client’s verbalization of her needs to comply with the disease management
EFFICIENCY:The interventions done are efficient since they performed in the best possible manner with least waste of time and effort; having and using requisite knowledge, skill, industry and competency.
ADEQUACY:The interventions are sufficient to achieve the goal.
APPROPRIATENESS:The interventions planned and carried out are appropriate to the identified problem. They were also appropriate for the client’s age and level of understanding.
