On 07AprQ5, S/EHLERS, after being advised of his rights as set forth in Enclosure (A), was interrogated by Special Agent (SA) Arthur R. Spafford Jr., at the Naval Criminal Investigative Service Marine Corps West Field Office, Building 53506, Camp Pendleton, CA. Participating in the interrogation was SA MERZ (infra)- 2. During the conduct of the interrogation, S/EHLERS adamantly denied any wrongdoing with respect to V/SKOVRANKO's allegations that he had raped and/or somdcmized her. S/EHLERS indicated that he had never been alone in his residence with V/SKOVRANKO or other children. 3. S/EHLERS acknowledged that V/SKOVRANKO referred to him as "Mr -Eddy" (ph); however, she reportedly also referred, on occasion, to S/EHLERS brother in law, Jimmy James JOHNSON (nfi) (ph), as "Mr Eddy". 4. S/EHLERS indicated that he would be willing to further cooperate with this inx^estigation, specifically by submitting to additional interrogation. PARTICIPANT(S) Laura A. INTERROGATION OF S/EHLERS
1. On 07AprQ5, S/EHLERS, after being advised of his rights as setforth in Enclosure (A), was interrogated by Special Agent (SA) ArthurR.
