Cost Information

• Cost quote shall be in accordance with GSA LOGWORLD contract

• Schedule:– Subcontractor RFP to be issued by Friday 1/16/2009– Sub responses due to Stanley Tuesday 1/20/2009– Rate analysis, revisions, final pricing by Thursday 1/22/2009

• Data Calls (All)– RFP will be issued (NLT 1/16/2009) requesting T&M price

proposal to include fully burdened rates for each named resource or functional role, and

– Letter of Transmittal signed by authorized individual

• Proposal Configuration Management– Each draft will be numbered (i.e., Draft 01, Draft 02, etc.)– Your edits should be identified (e.g. Draft 01 Centurum, Draft 01 NGIT,

etc.)– Use “Track Changes” mode to identify changes.
