Apply 1 ultra-thin coat of Stay Strong Base Coat and cap the free edge. Cure for 30 seconds in OPI LED Light.

Apply 2 coats of Complimentary Wine. Cure each coat 30 seconds. Remove the tacky layer with a nail wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99.

With a detail brush and Fall-ing for Milan, paint 1 large and 1 small square.

Flash cure 2 seconds.

Repeat step 2 for coverage. Cure 30 seconds.

Apply 1 coat of GelColor Stay Shiny Top Coat and cure for 30 seconds. Cleanse nails with a Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99. Add a drop of Cuticle Oil to each nail and massage in.

With a dotter tool and Drama at La Scala apply a dot to the center of each square.

Cure 30 seconds.4
