Cape Byron Distillery is located in the hinterland of Byron Bay, Northern NSW. Set in the heart of the Brook family’s macadamia farm surrounded by sub-tropical rainforest. It is this unique rainforest where many of the botanicals are sourced to create Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin.

On a tour of Cape Byron Distillery, you will be taken on a journey starting with the story of the distillery, the Brook family farm and the art of distillation. Beginning with a Brookie’s & tonic garnished with native finger lime & aniseed myrtle on arrival, followed by a guided tour through the thirty-year-old regenerated rainforest and then sip gin and learn how the native flavours are combined to make the award winning Brookie’s Byron Gin. Finish the tour with a seasonally crafted cocktail enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the rainforest.

A stunning 100m waterfal l on the Repentance Creek in the Northern Rivers. The water descends huge cl iffs into a deep palm studded gorge.
