Violence Definitions

• Battery – the intentional use of force or violence on another or the intentional administration of a poison or other substance to an individualindividual

• Intentional: conduct in which the circumstances suggest the offender must have considered the criminal consequences of his/her actions

Employee Responsibilities

Reporting Hazards
