3. The Headquarters of the .Committee wiU be at Chandigarh but the Chairperson. if considers_ necessary, may convene the meetings of the Committee at any place in tht} State.

4. The Committee may co-opt any concerned person/officer as Spedal Jnvitee in- a meeting for obtaining any relevant information.

5. The: official members shall draw TA/DA from their respective Departments and the non~ officials members shall be entitled to TA/DA as admissible to a First Grade Government Employee. The other conditions laid down in the Punjab/T.A. Rules for Government Employees will also apply to journeys perfom:ed by non-official members ex~ept where otherwise provided.

6. For drawing TA/DA._ the non-officials members shall furnish a 'ertiffrate that no TA rn resrect of the journeys. or DA for the period mentioned in the bill has been or will be claimed by

him from any other official source.

7. For the purpose of payment of TA/DA to the non-official members, the Finand:d Commissioner Revenue will be the Controlling Offker and the Under Ser-retary (General) as Drawing

and Disbursing Officer.

8. The exp~nditure of TA 'DA shall be debited to Head:A-General Service-D-Administrative Services '"2052-Sectt Genera~ -Scrvires-099 Board of Revenue-01-Rev. Excise and Taxation" for the

year 2006-2f07.
