LESSONS

• Invest in design – Know your customers,, do focus groups, set clear objectives, etc.

• Data – Determine how much, where it will come from, how it will be processed, how it will be displayed…

• Globalization – Know differences in global requirements, communicate frequently, design so each country thinks it was designed for them
