Being approach by a sales associate (Nadia), I
stated looking for Men’s wallet.
She introduce me Saffiano Cuir leather wallet.
The texture and lining overall was good. But the
choice of was quite dark and dull. Wallet made is
fully calf leather.
Prada formal shoe is one of their trademark, the
stitching and lining was perfect, even though is
formal is still bring in a little of trendy and fashion
design on it.
Interaction was moderate between sales
associate and client.
Price would increase just solely an additional
6% on top of the current price.
Overall comment would be just satisfied.
Gucci
Being left attended for quite awhile.
Was looking for a cap, the sales associate was pretty reluctantly to serve me. Show no sign of eagerness in approaching the clients.
The cap being show was pretty old in condition.
The face expression and attitude nof their sales associate was bad and not on par for a luxury retail brand.
The sales associate mention that their product would just have an additional 6% on top of the current price, Hence nothing much on affecting the pricing.
Overall the service was below average.
Coach
Being approach by a sales associate (Farah).
She was friendly and helpful.
I told her I was looking for beg for mother as a
CNY gift, she get me one of the latest design
which is Embossed Horse & Carriage Edie
Shoulder Beg.
I found out the beg she introduce was quite
decent and appropriate for a lady at my
mother’s age.
She explains most of the details,
compartments and the usage of the beg to me.
Most importantly show me how practical is the
beg for daily usage.
Overall customer service was decent, felt
being treated well as a consumer.
Hermes
Looking for iconic Hermes Togo Calf Skin Reversible Belt.
Run of out stock, did not get a specific reply on dates when the belt will be restock.
Instead, he push the reversible Croco leather Hermes belt to me. Aggressive style of sales service.
Ambience of the store was please and decent.
The sales associate did not prolong any conversation with me after I decline the option of picking up the croco belt. Makes me feel a little bias.
Overall client and sales associate service was average.
Tony Burch
Being left attended, even though I was
browsing at slow pace.
The environment of the store is pretty pack up
with items and insufficient of place.
The iconic bag would the Classic Mini Bag.
Mercer Classic Cross Body women beg.
Sales associate show no sign of initiative to
approach me.
After awhile, I left the store feeling depressed
and treated in a bias manner.
Loewe
When in without knowing anything about this
product. Decided to to look for a travelling beg.
A sales associate name Lisa, approach me
introduce me to a new design portable
travelling beg.
She is nice and friendly, she gave me the
details on the beg call Puzzlebox.
She shows great initiative by showing me on
several ways on how to use the begs and also
changing the shape of the beg in different
manner.
The price of this beg is approximately
The price of the product won’t get much
affected just the usual price and a add on 6%.
At the end of the section, she even ask for me
personal details just to update me in the future
or any product updates.
The ambience of the store was simple and
compact.
Overall the customer sales service was decent
and proactive.
Givenchy
Looking for latest collection for men.
A sales associate named Fzzah, approaches
me and show me SS15 Rottweiler Stars
collection T-shirt costs around RM2000.
Also inquire on the Bambi Pouch costs around
RM1700, the material of the clutch would be
canvas with inner part is nylon fabric.
The Bambi Men’s wallet around RM1500, but
its stiching and knitting of the canvas made
wallet was not good. Pretty bad for luxury
brand product.
Overall the store ambience would be also
simple and pretty much all the latest item is
displayed.
At the end of the session, She offer her name
card with all the details and pricing of the item I
asked.
Overall sales service would be decent and
helpful.
Kate Spade
Not much interaction with the sales associate.
The ambience of store young and teenage
feel.
The product colour was bright and colorful.
The iconic bag would be “Beau”.
KLCC Fendi
Looking for Bag Bug Monster Eye men’s wallet.
The wallet run of stock. One of Fendi Hot-seller.
A sales associate name Esther approaches me,
she was quite thoughtful and helpful by helping
me to ask where could I get my wallet outside of
Malaysia.
The ambience and environment of the store
would be simple.
The price of the wallet around RM1400 for the
short one.
Burberry
Looking for classic Burberry men’s wallet.
Being approach by male sales associate, he
told me that Burberry is replacing the old
canvas design on the horse printing from
obvious to transparent.
Improve on the wallet surface to smoother
one.
The old model would be discontinued as being
replace by the new classic design.
The price cost around RM1400 and just an
additional 6% when GST start implement.
The overall ambience and environment of the
store was quite dull and packed up together.
The customer sales service was average and
not proactive.
Chanel
Step into the shop and being left attended.
Most of the sales associate was occupied.
Browse around the store for awhile and than
left the store felt being ignored. Bias-treated.
One of the iconic beg would be Chanel
Surpique Chevron Flap bag. It is made by
lambskin.
Rolex
Looking for a graduation gift from my father.
Seek for advise on what watch to buy from the
sales associate.
I told him that I don’t want the leather trap
instead of the steel.
