How My Disability Affects Me in the Classroom

How My Disability Affects Me in the Classroom

• It affects me because when it is time to get work done, I’m trying to socialize with people.

• When I don’t pay attention, or when I am talking to another person, teachers have to repeatedly keep reminding me to stay on task.

• Listening to music while working, and extra time to complete tests and quizzes are my accommodations

• When I change facial expressions, teachers could remind me to calm down.

• Study a lot more often, turn in homework as soon as possible, and playing less video games will help me be successful.
