Description of my online ISSUU Portfolio

This Portfolio contains the work I have done

during my Vectorworks Classes at Southampton

Solent University

2D Drawing

This is a floor plan of a domestic interior that

I created on Vectorworks. I used basic shapes

to draw the furniture of the different rooms. In

order to design and place the furniture I used

the following techniques: adding and clipping

surfaces, copying and pasting into place,

rotation, mirroring, rounding corners with

the fillet tool, and adding colours & patterns.

Finally, I created five viewports of the interior,

showing each of the rooms in different scales.

Polyline Tool,Reshape Tool &Colour Palettes

In order to draw precisely these three objects,

I’ve used the Polyline and Reshape tools. First

of all, I traced out each of the objects with the

Polyline tool. Then, I fixed their vertexes by

using the Reshape tool. Finally, I generated a

colour palette form three inspirational images,

I sourced the colours from dulux.co.uk, and I

applied them to the objects.
