Most of you will be on campus every weekday (Mon-Fri). No classes on

Supervised Study

What is it?

If you are on a student visa, studying 2 units in MUPC, you must attend

an extra 2 hours of workshops or supervised study.

The ESOS (Education Standards for Overseas Students) Act (Clause 7.3)

stipulates this. It’s the law – 20 hours per week is the minimum!

There are two suggested supervised study lessons on your timetable, but

you can attend on different days if you like. It’s available every day at

lunchtime.

• participating actively in groupwork, pairwork, and online activities

• demonstrating ongoing very active involvement

• maintaining excellent attendance (80%+)

• always utilising consultation times if needed or recommended.
