of waste at source in to
three categories i.e.
i) Organic waste
ii) Recyclable
iii) Others
5. To take muster of
public health workers
at prescribed hours
both in the morning
and afternoon.
6. To allot a beat for
each PH worker
(sweeping /drain
cleaning / loading the
garbage to the
vehicles).
7. To ensure regular
sweeping of streets,
cleaning of drains and
cleaning of public
toilets.
He plays key role in
keeping the town
neat and tidy.

garbage and debris is
transported to
dumping yard on the
same day without
getting accumulated.
9. To inspect and identify
the existence of filthy
material near public
stand posts and
organize its removal.

namely G.E. cases, J.E.
cases and Malaria.
11. To ensure that all
public markets, private
markets mutton stalls
and slaughter houses
are kept neat and
clean.
12. To inspect hotels,
restaurants, lodges,
cinema halls, function
halls, educational
institutions and hostels
regularly and ensure
that they maintain
their establishments as
per PH regulations and
sanitary requirements.
13. To ensure that all D &
O trades are licensed
and comply with
conditions of license.
14. To act as Food
Inspector, wherever he
is appointed as such
and lift food samples
as per target fixed
every month and send
them for analysis.
15. To organize anti-larval
operations by spraying
of disinfectants like
Nuvan, Baytex in the
drains daily.

01 Issue of Birth and
Death Certificate
The Birth/Death applications are received in prescribed proforma. If
the Birth/Death entry is found in the Birth/Death Registers maintained
in the Office as per the fortnight and monthly reports received from
the Hospitals and dispensaries, the certificate is issued after collecting
the required fees. And the same are uploaded in online & certificates
are issued through E-seva centers. In respect of the Birth/Death cases
at home within a period of one year the application is obtained
supported by Medical certificate issued by doctor. The concerned
Sanitary Jawan conducts home enquiry and after assessing the
correctness of the report of Sanitary Jawan, Sanitary Inspector
recommends for issue of certificate. Basing on the report of the
Sanitary Inspector of the Birth/Death Certificates will be issued.
In respect of the Birth/Death cases beyond one year time, which are
not recorded in the Birth/Death registers, no entry Certificate will be
issued.
There on the party approaches the R.D.O who is the 2nd
class
Magistrate with supporting Notary affidavit. The R.D.O., after
conducting home enquiry through Revenue Inspector issues
Birth/Death proceedings for issue of Certificate. On the basis of the
proceedings issued by the R.D.O., Adilabad, the Birth/Death event is
recorded in the Birth/Death register and Certificate is issued.
The above are issued through E-seva in online procedure.
02 Mutation of Property The application of Mutation of Property in Municipal records is
received with supporting documents i.e., registered ownership
documents Rs. 20/- Non-Judicial Stamp paper up to date tax receipt
etc., 30 days Notification calling for any objections is issued. The
Revenue Inspector conducts site enquiry and verify the documents
with reference to the site position and on satisfying the correctness of
the case he recommends for mutation. Accordingly mutation
proceedings are issued duly making necessary correction in the office
record and as well as in online on payment of mutation fees.
03 Ownership Certificate The Ownership Certificate is issued after thoroughly verifying the
Municipal property tax records and Inspection report of Revenue
Inspector and a payment of up to date Tax and Certificate fees.
04 Valuation Certificate The Municipal Engineer inspects the house and prepares estimate. As
per the Valuation fixed by the Municipal Engineer, The Valuation
Certificate will be issued duly collecting the fees.
05 Building Permission The Building applications along with two sets of Ownership
documents, 6 sets of Building plans up to date tax receipt and Non-
Judicial Stamp paper worth of Rs.100/- is obtained. The
T.P.S/T.P.B.O., calculates the building permit fees. After payment of
Building permission fees, The T.P.B.O., and T.P.S/T.P.O., inspects the
site and if the proposed construction is satisfying the building rules
and zoning regulations, the case for issue of building permission is
considered. The building permission is granted giving time for
construction.
06 Layout Sanction The layout application is received in the prescribed proforma along
with ownership documents and plans. After collecting the Security
deposit fees, building permit fees, layout fees etc., the proposals will
be forwarded to the Regional Deputy Director Town and Planning,
Warangal for Area upto 2.5 acres and to the Director of Town and

Tap Connection charges donation etc., as per Government orders.
After approval by the Municipal Engineer and Municipal
Commissioner, the calculated fee is collected from the party. After
obtaining Council approval, Tap connection proceedings are issued
by allotting consumer No. to the party with instructions to the
Lineman to give Tap connection to the house.
