The owner’s needed a model unit set up in less than a week after acquisition. On arrival I went to a wholesale warehouse and had furniture purchased and delivered within four days. The combination of select finds and jazzy accessories gave the space personality. Duties on this project included, purchasing, expediting, invoicing, and coordination of install.

Valley Oaks Apartments

Valley Oaks is a Class C property in Hurst, Texas. The last model update was in the late 1990’s and they were needing something fresh to help bring a new demographic to the property. Inspired by colors and textures, the space developed an uptown look with a nature feel. Duties on this project included presentation, purchasing, invoicing, expediting, and coordination of installation.

Wood Trails Apartments

The inspiration for this model in Tyler, Texas was the Hotel Valencia of San Antonio. Clean lines and simple, elegant furniture add a hospitality feel to the selling model at this property. A tight budget created many challenges when creating the feel for this space but with the help of the maintenance team and property staff the space came together. Duties included purchasing, expediting, invoicing, and installation coordination.

The Phoenix Midtown

Business Center-Renovation includes transforming a small clubroom into a cyber café with copy room and existing conference room. Duties included coordination with architect and property staff, purchasing, expediting, invoicing, installation coordination, and design presentation.

St. Charles

The clubroom in Shreveport, Louisiana needed an update on a five thousand dollar budget. The elements were in place but needed refining. Painting the trim and replacing existing chairs and lounge furniture, turned the room into a cozy atmosphere. Duties on this project included PowerPoint design layout with adobe photo manipulation to show color scheme and furniture layout. I also budgeted the furniture for the regional manager to purchase out of the properties budget.
