Cancellation: Deposit will not be returned if the function is cancelled. 50% cancellation fee will be applied if cancellation occurs at least one month

(or more) prior to the event date.

100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancellation occurs one week prior to the event date.

Others: Decreasing number of persons after confirmation is not accepted, the charges will start from minimum of total guarantee.

Any increase to the catering arrangements need to be communicated at least a week prior to the event date.

Any losses or damages to goods in the room will be the responsibility of the tenants and charges will apply.

Any outside vendor for sound system, lighting, etc. will need to acquire ap-proval from the management.
