Conditions
a. ThemannerinwhichtheservicesaretobeperformedandthespecifichoursformeetingsandconsultationsdonebyMQWeddings&EventsshallbedeterminedbytheWeddingCouple.TheWeddingCouplewillrelyonMQWeddings&EventstoworkasmanyhoursasmaybereasonablynecessarytofulfillMQWeddings&Events’obligationsunderthisAgreement.
b. ItisunderstandthattheroleofMQWeddings&Eventswillbethatofadvisorandcoordinator.TheWeddingCouplewillmaketheactualselectionsofvendorsandservices,andMQWeddings&Eventswillimplementandworkwiththoseselections.
c. Anychangesorcancellationsmadetothisagreementmustbemadeinwritingandsignedbyallparties
d. TheWeddingCoupleshallnotchangethedate,timeorlocationoftheweddingceremonyand/orreception,withoutfirstcontactingandadvisingofMQEventsofthesechangestodetermineifMQWeddings&Eventsisstillavailabletoprovidetheservices.IftheWeddingCoupledochangethedate,timeorlocationofthescheduledevents,andMQWeddings&Eventsisunavailabletoprovidetheservices,thenMQWeddings&Eventsisreleasedfromallcontractobligations,andshallinnowaybeheldresponsibleorliableinanymannerwhatsoeverfornon-performance.TheWeddingCouplealsoforfeitMQWeddings&Event’sfeefornon-compliancewiththisAgreement.
e. TheWeddingCouplefullyunderstandsandagreethatMQWeddings&EventsshallnotberesponsibleorheldliableintheeventMQWeddings&Eventsisprohibitedfromprovidingweddingdayservicesduetoillness,hospitalization,
autoaccident,transportationbreakdown/disruption,trafficdifficulties,actsofnaturesuchashurricanesorinclementweatherorotherunforeseenincapacitationorothercauseofnonarrivalonthedayofthewedding.MQWeddings&EventswillmakeeveryattempttonotifytheWeddingCoupleandtoprovideforasubstituteWeddingConsultantwhocanprovideservicesiftimeandresourcespermit.Inanyevent,MQWeddings&EventsshallNOTbeheldliableforanycompensationoranydamages(includingpunitive)duetonon-performanceofanyservicesdescribedinthepackageresultingfromsuchincapacitations,non-arrival,errorsand/oromissionsofanytype.
f. ThisagreementbetweentheWeddingCoupleandMQWeddings&EventswillterminateautomaticallyaftercompletionoftheservicesdescribedinthisAgreement.
PaymentsAUS$300.00non-refundabledepositisdueatthemomentofsignatureofthisagreementtobookthedate.6monthspriortotheweddingdaytheWeddingCouplemustpay50%ofthetotalcostforthe“DayOf”CoordinationServices.30daysbeforetheweddingday,theWeddingCouplemustpayinfullalltheadditionalfeescontractedwithMQWeddings&Events.
a. Incaseanyserviceisaddedafterthe30daypriortoweddingdayperiod,theWeddingCouplemustpaytheseservicesbeforetheweddingoccurs.
b. Incasetheweddingisbookedlessthan6monthspriortotheweddingday,atthemomentofbookingtheUS$300.00isdueplusthe50%ofthe“DayOf”CoordinationServicesprice.
c. PaymentsbeforetheweddingdaymustbedonethroughWireTransfertoMQEventsaccountbothinUSDollars,orDominicanPesos.
d. Paymentsofservicesaddedafterthe30daypriorperiodmaybedoneinCash(USDollarsorDominicanPesos),deposittoMQWeddings&Events’accounts,orWireTransferstoMQWeddings&Events’accounts.
e. IncasethepaymentisdoneinDominicanPesos,MQWeddings&Eventswillapplythecurrentexchangerategiveninthebankthatday.
CancellationsCancellationoftheweddingdayservicesmaybedoneatanytimebytheWeddingCoupleandmustalwaysbenotifiedtoMQWeddings&Eventsinanimmediatemanner.Allcancellationsmustbedoneinwritingandmustbesignedbyallparties.IftheweddingiscancelledbytheWeddingCouple,refundsarelimitedtounearnedfees.DepositsmadebytheWeddingCoupletoMQWedding&Eventsarenon-refundable.Incaseofdeathofanimmediatefamilymember(mustpresentproofofdeath)oftheWeddingCouple,oranactofnature(hurricanesornaturaldisasters)thatwillprohibittheweddingfrombeingperformedasscheduled,MQWeddings&Events,asactofgoodwill,willrefundupto50%ofthe“DayOf”CoordinationServicesamountpaid.Inbothcases,thedepositwillnotberefunded.
