Cedar St.Mason, MI 48854Dear Mr. Beebe:Under provisions of the Michigan Freedom of Information Act (MCLA 15.231 et seq; MSA 4.1801 (1) et seq) I am requesting copies of, or access to, the following: Records complying with the revised school code (MCLA 380.1202) pertaining to the special meeting held by the school board on May 16, 2014 wherein Superintendent Mark Dillingham was placed on non-disciplinary leave and James Tobe was named interim Superintendent Documented findings of the investigation of Superintendent Mark Dillingham that led to the May 16, 2014 special meeting to relieve him of his duties The employment agreement between Mason Public Schools and Mark Dillingham that was effective at the time of the May 16, 2014 special meeting of the board The three most recent performance evaluations prepared for Mark Dillingham as required by the revised school code (MCLA 380.1249 et seq)If you determine that some of the requested information is exempt from disclosure, please detail what is being withheld and cite the exemption under FOIA.If fees to comply with this request exceed $10, please contact me at (XXX)XXX-XXXX.As provided under FOIA, I would anticipate my request being filled within five working days.Sincerely,Stephen Duane
