    Brown wins BIG with BekoElizabeth Brown (pictured) could not believe her ears when in-

    formed of the major prize win in the Win Big with Beko promotionwhich was executed by Prouds last Christmas.

    The Airports Fiji Limited employee was stunned when she receiveda call from Prouds Retail Manageress Reshmi Singh on January 22when the grand promotion culminated with the major draw.

    Ms Brown has won herself a collection of six different Beko electri-cal appliances worth around $8,000 as the major prize. Items won in-cluded a dishwasher, rangehood, washing machine, fridge, microwaveand free standing stove (as shown on the right).

    Wow, I dont know what to say, Im so excited, Brown said dur-ing the telephone conversation.

    I am over the moon, she added.The promotion which started on December 2 last year had a total

    prize giveaway of $14,000 and attracted almost 20,000 entries from allProuds outlets located in various towns and cities.

    which he raised awareness on hismother's dialysis treatment.

    "She died after undergoing di-alysis treatment," Mr Kaleca said.

    He said he was happy to havewon the award, but hoped author-ities would do something about

    dialysis patients in Fiji."I hope that the cost of dialysiswill be subsidised because pastgovernments had done this."

    He explained that although hismother had died, he would con-tinue to write for the sake of oth-ers who had to pay $400 for thedialysis treatment required threetimes weekly.

    Fourty-six staff members of Motibhai Group were recognizedfor their dedicated long service in the company during a specialfunction held at the corporate head-of ce recently.

    While handing over certi cates and gift vouchers for their loyalservice to the company, Motibhai Group Chairman and CEO Mr

    Kirit Patel thanked everyone for their hard work and contributionwhich has enabled the company to prosper for the past 84-years.Today is a milestone achievement for each of you as we gather

    to recognize the services you have accorded to Motibhai Group,Mr Patel told staff members.

    Each one of you have dedicated yourself to your work in sucha way that time seems to have own and without even realizing,you nd yourself having worked for ten-years and more withthree staff members having nished thirty- ve-years of servicethis year, Mr Patel added.

    Last year we had two staff who had successfully completedfourty-years of service. That was Mr KS Naicker and Rajendra(Chunmun).

    This goes to show that among the Group we have such sincere,dedicated and loyal staff and we are ever grateful to have you aspart of our team.
