First Baptist Church Night at High Plains Retreat Center This afternoon from 5:00-8:00 p.m. FBC will provide pulled pork sandwiches and chips. Families are encouraged to bring their own drinks and dessert to share. Bring lawn chairs and sunscreen, too! A church van will leave our parking lot at 4:30 p.m. for any who want to ride. Feel free to caravan behind our van if you would like to follow in your own car. We will have lots of fun and fellowship on the giant swing, ropes course, and swimming pool. We will have a brief time of worship. There will be no evening worship at our church campus. Directions to High Plains Retreat Center: (30 minutes from downtown Amarillo) South on Interstate 27 towards Lubbock, Turn right (west) on Road 2219, Go 6 miles, then turn left (south) on City Lake Road, (intersection is at the end of Feed Lot) Go 2 miles, High Plains entrance is on your left.
