monstervape.com First off, thank you for choosing Monster Vape to usher you into a new lifestyle of vaping. Now to help ensure that you have continued results with your brand new ecig, there are a couple things we would like to inform you of on how to care for your ecig. BATTERY Make sure not to let your battery die completely before your first charge. At least once a week, clean out the head of your battery of any juice leakage in the reservoir. If your battery blinks 15 times, it means the battery is dead and needs to be recharged. TANKS We suggest anytime you clean out a tank whether it be a carto tank, or a basic starter tank that you only use a high grain unflavored alcohol to clean it out. Water will destroy your coils depending on the location of use. Also, NEVER use Isopropyl Alcohol. It can be extremely toxic. Whether you have the T3S or a Pro Tank, we suggest changing the coil out every 2-4 weeks. You know when your coil is truly dead due to a burning taste to your juice, even after cleaning out your tank. For cartomizers, their life generally lasts about a week and need to be changed out frequently. Sometimes with cartomizers and even regular coils, you may need to take a couple dry puffs to get the burning flavor out if the coil itself is not damged. Never leave your tank (full set up as well) in the sun or direct heat for long periods of time. There may be parts that can weaken under direct heat and destroy your tank. JUICE Same as with tanks, you do not want to leave any ejuice out in sunlight or direct heat. The heat will case the juice to thin out and leak through your tank. Also it could potentially alter the taste of your juice. If you want to preserve your juice for longer periods of time, try keeping it in the refridgerator until you are ready to use that bottle. There are hundreds of tips and tricks for caring for your new ecig, but these will hopefully ensure that you get the most out of your ecig if you take proper care of it. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSMONSTER VAPE FAQ’s

We have crafted a variety of common questions and answers novice vapors have from time to time. Although we back what we sell, there is sometimes (albeit rarely) faulty manufacturing. Most of the time, the issue you could be having might be solved with a bit of trial and error. Refer to the FAQ’s below to see if they can be of assistance.

Q: Why is my battery not producing any vapor or not working?

A: Press the battery “on” button 5 times to turn it on. It should blink 5 times.

Q: If I pressed the button 5 times and it still isn’t working, what do I do?

A: Place the battery on the charger for 3-4 hours, depending on the battery size to make sure it’s charged.

Q: The battery light is coming on when I press it but no vapor is coming out.

A: Open your tank (commonly the T3S) and make sure the coil is tightened down.

Q: The battery won’t hold a charge after leaving it on the charger overnight.

A: Check the light on the charger. If it is green when you place the dead or weak battery on the charger, then attempt question 1. If

battery still doesn’t come on, bring your charger into Monster Vape to see if the charger has gone bad.

Q: I tightened the coil down and am getting vapor but it tastes burned.

A: Your coil may be burned out and you will need to replace it. Another option is to blow through the mouth piece to clear any juice out

of the tank.

Q: The coil is tightened down, and the battery is charged but I am not getting any vapor.

A: If your battery is on, charged, and your coil is tightened down, but you are not getting any vapor then your coil may be burned out

and needs replacement.

Q: How long do coils last?

A: A coil on average lasts about 2-4 weeks. You can tell when your coil is burned out by your flavoring tasting like a burned flavor or

producing very little vapor.

Q: My tank is leaking.

A: Make sure your coil is tightened down, there is no rubber pieces missing from the coil, and the wick is still in the coil. Do not remove

the cotton wick at the bottom of the coil.

Q: All the ecig parts are there, and I tightened the coil down, but when I grabbed my ecig out of the car, it was leaking everywhere.

A: Make sure not to leave your ecig in heat for prolonged periods of time. What happens is the juice becomes thin due to the heat, and

will leak through. If you leave your ecig in heat, clean out the tank by shaking or blowing it out, and clean the area around the ecig to

remove the remaining juice. A suggestion is placing the ecig in the fridge for 5 minutes to allow the juice to thicken and help prevent it

from leaking again.

Q: My tank is still leaking and I checked all the parts.

A: Vaping is a different experience than smoking a cigarette. You may be drawing too hard on the ecig. If juice is coming up the mouth

piece and leaking out of the bottom of the tank, then take your tank off with a paper towel, and shake the juice out of the tip. Once it is

no longer flooded, draw on the ecig slower and softer.

Q: Why is my throat burning or raw when I vape?

A: Vaping is a different experience than smoking, where when you vape you want to draw the entire vapor into your mouth and then

inhale. If you draw directly into your lungs, the PG will cause your throat to become raw over time. Another factor is your nicotine level.

At high nicotine levels it can cause more of a throat hit that some may not be comfortable with.
