VAS owner views the incoming messages on her screen and responds either individually or massively to all the participants.

VAS owner creates a Vote setting the valid answers and their keywords. She then asks users to vote sending a text message.

Users send SMS to vote and they get a response message thanking them for participating.

VAS owner view the incoming votes and the statistics describing what answer has the most votes.

Participants get an sms with the results of the vote if the VAS owner configured it accordingly.

For optimization purposes, SMSP 4 supports different DB schemas:

• Schema is a data set containing all active, inactive VAS and SMS for a selected period.

• Schemas are stored in a different place permitting the acceleration of day to day tasks

• Schema selection feature is used to load old data sets and produce statistics and reports for previous years.
