Introduction

A cupcake also known as a fairy cake in BRITISH ENGLISH. It is also known as patty cake in AUSTRALIAN ENGLISH. It is a small cake which is baked to serve one person; it is usually baked in a small thin paper shaped like cups or an aluminium cup.

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon and 1/4 teaspoon butter, softened
• 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 3/4 eggs

Instruction
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Take a muffin pan and place paper or foil liners or paper cups. (In case if you don’t have a muffin pan then you can make use of aluminum cups). Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt. Fold the mixture properly to avoid any lumps. Keep it aside.
2. Take a large bowl, mix together the butter and sugar until they become light and fluffy. Now, start adding the eggs one at a time, beating well with each other and then stir in the vanilla.
3. Start adding the flour mixture slowly with the milk; Fold it well. Then start filling the muffin cups 3/4 full.
