Recommendations

Company should be more aware of employee attendance & punctualityas they doesnt report their signing in properly and take necessary stepsto resolve it.

As automation always brings errors & creates harassments, companyshould have minimum manual checking system.

There should also be some paper records in order to avoid multiplepossibilities of different type of crash or system collapse.

The company should also focus on hiring highly skilled & professionalpersonnel in order to handle their sophisticated line of softwareproducts.
