Welcome to the 2nd Middle East Sports Event Summit!Welcome to 2nd Middle East Sports Event Summit, held under the Official Patronage Of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the UAE National Olympic Committee and President of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Creative Sports Award and supported by Dubai Sports Council. �e Middle East is part of the second largest sports market in the world, worth an estimated USD $45 billion, playing host to many of the world’s largest sporting and leisure events, and is a key economic driver. �is year’s Summit will focus on practical knowledge to apply global best practices of sports event management to the Middle East.
�e Summit will unite key decision makers in the sports industry from around the region under one roof for exciting insights and engaging panel discussions. Leaders from sports organising committees,
government bodies, federations, sponsors, agencies, and suppliers will have the opportunity to hear from industry trend-setters and witness first-hand sporting event success stories.
Alongside speaking presentations from top leaders in sports, this year’s event will incorporate an interaction-based format to facilitate the building of business relationships and industry networking.
